I ordered from them - they failed to deliver and refuse to pay me back (left it on my doorstep_). Now I have to charge back with my bank.
Received a pair of doors only for one to be twisted. Complained via email with photos 7 days ago only to be told that the collection was with their supplier and they would be in touch. In the mean time my customer has an opening with no doors or security. Still no sight of the new door or date to have it!!! Never dealing with this company again!!!!
I found the experience very slick. I ordered some of the wrong doors which were collected and replaced simultaneously enabling my project to be completed quickly. I would use them again.

It was only a shed door, but I was so pleased with the look and quality of it when I received it. It needed trimming top and bottom for it to fit in the space but that all worked fine. Also the delivery came a day earlier than estimated which really helped me out, and with it arriving earlier than expected on the day, the driver dutifully waited till I got back to him telling him where to leave it, rather than taking it back or leaving it with a neighbour. He made sure it was as out of sight as it could be too. So overall, 5 stars.

Good quality door and (Soho). Has brought additional light into the hallway. Loving the charcoal colour, which is nearly black, Matt finish. Delivery driver was very nice.

I purchased 2 packs of MDF paneling and mouldings. I placed my order online then was contacted the next day with regards to the delivery. The paneling was delivered on time with communication from the driver,who unloaded it off the lorry. First class service.

A very helpful customer service helped me find the right door for me. The price was great (even with delivery), which was within two days. Very well packed, it arived with no damage and was easy to fit. Plus, the glazing was covered in plastic, which made it easy to decorate without getting paint on the glass.
