When the doors arrived I didn’t notice a small tear in the packaging although I did try to check. On opening the package there was a small dent however I decided it wasn’t worthwhile returning it. Doors were of good quality, great value and arrived on time.

I bought 3 doors ,and firstly was impressed with the packaging, which was very strong,keeping the doors perfect. On unpacking I could see that the doors are very good quality solid pine, which is what I saw on the description and why I chose this company. The doors look very smart now they've been fitted, and I'm sure they'll look good for many years.Great value for money

The door was an MDF composite, not solid wood, so when he had to slim it to fit the doorway it looked bad. We fixed that, of course.

Excellent Product and Quality
Mostly great communication. The product was out of stock but as I really wanted it I waited. The company git in touch about delivery options and we sorted out a date. The product itself arrived in good condition and did the job it was intended for. Only one gripe, when I rang to speak to the person dealing with my delivery, another member of the team wasn't willing to help sort delivery, they told me Jane wasn't in until Monday, end of conversation, it could have meant the delivery was delayed and I would have missed the opportunity for the door to be fitted.
Good product despatched on time unfortunately the carrier broke down and could not deliver on the day agreed which meant losing a days wages. However they redelivered and it arrived the following Monday. Not their fault i guess but annoying to have lost wages. Would definately use again!
I was looking for an exterior side door, as the builders threw mine away by mistake when the extension was built. I came across “Door Giant” found a door to my needs and ordered. Door arrived in a cardboard box with plastic wrap over the door, very well made, and measuring what was ordered. I had to remove 2 inches from the bottom as they didn’t have the exact size, but I did ask and they got back to me same day saying what you see is the sizes they do. Fitted the door, looks really nice indeed and will certainly be back for more, when needed. Many thanks indeed.
