It's a good door
Customer service This review was updated on 6 January 2025 Original review : Appalling customer service. Purchased fire doors which were mis-described and mis-represented by Door Giant resulting in financial loss. Have been trying for 2 months to resolve this with extensive chasing - being fobbed off. John Carter the Commercial Manager said (at end of October) he would resolve but now being ignored. Seriously unimpressed. Updated review: Door Giant has now apologised for the delay in providing a suitable response to the issue. They explained that it was a case of multiple people dealing with the issue and all assuming that someone else had already resolved this which wasn't the case. I'm pleased to confirm that the issue has now been satisfactorily resolved. In all the circumstances, the review rating has been changed from the original one star to 3 stars.
Doors arrived. They were the right size
Door delivered wrapped up well due to glass panels. The door was as described, we chose a pine door so we could trim it to size and it now fits perfectly
Good customer service, good price, worked well
Wrong door was ordered but charged £25 for cleaning a little dust of plaster off upon return. Nothing in the T&C’s stated this policy

Excellent quality Suffolk Oak doors. Bought 6 unfinished doors initially for our downstairs followed by 7 more finished doors for upstairs. My advice would be to buy them finished as the extra cost (about £22 per door) is well worth it as you need to wax coat the unfinished doors twice which takes an age to do. It also avoids the aroma whilst each coat is curing if you treat them once fitted. Have a couple more doors to buy to complete the refit but all in all a good company. One final point worthy of note if you dont have able bodied help to off load you need to contact Door Giant as both my deliveries were unassisted and these doors are heavy.

I placed a large order. I waited over a month to receive it. In the meantime, I added something to the order. When I received the order, the wrong additional item was sent Consequently, I had to pay to return the wrong sent item. I was then told I’d have to pay delivery costs again to receive the correct item. No acknowledgment from Customer Service that they played a part in the mistake. Disappointing.

I bought an external wooden door for my outhouse from Door Giant. But they are only the buyer. The company it came from were excellent with communication and very helpful with a delivery date. A good experience and a solid door.

This company is a disgrace to the industry. Absolutely no regard for the customer They eventually delivered a heavy external wooden door that at first i thought was value for money. How wrong i was. They damaged my property during delivery and the door subsequently fell apart. I spent months trying to resolve the issue but when i finally got a reply from them it was "You signed for it. It's your problem" Zero customer care and poor quality goods. The worst company i have ever dealt with. Avoid !
Easy to order and the only place that had my doors. Had to exchange one door again easy to do. However has taken 21 weeks to arrive and all that time had the wrong door sitting in my dining room. Had back over a week still no refund. I have a feeling this is a part time company and the staff have other jobs. You never get a reply straight away ever. Think this is a bit of a sideline. However the doors from deanta are beautiful and deanta service is impeccable.
