My item arrived very quickly. Unfortunately items were missing so we had to provide our own . Also the instructions for fitting the item were also missing . I contacted them several times but received no reply.

ā ļø Extremely disappointed with this company. I have gone through every channel available to try and get my refund and have done absolutely everything they asked of me ā and more. I paid the return fee directly to Atlantic as instructed, had the parcel signed for, and took photographic evidence of the return. The tracking shows the items were delivered back. Despite this, the company completely ignored my emails. I had to send four emails just to get a response. When they finally did respond, I was told that Atlantic were taking a while to process the refund. That was weeks ago, and I am still waiting. It has now been nearly a month. I have followed every instruction, provided evidence and done everything expected of me, yet Iām still out of pocket by over Ā£300. I am genuinely at my witsā end. This is not a small amount of money, and I should not have to repeatedly chase a company for money I am owed after returning the products exactly as instructed. I would strongly urge anyone considering ordering from this company to think carefully. I expected a straightforward return and refund, but instead Iāve been left chasing, emailing repeatedly and still have no refund. I will now be taking this further if my money is not returned.

Bought an internal door from Door Giant for a client and Iām very impressed with the quality. The door arrived in excellent condition, well made and exactly as expected. It fitted nicely and my client was very happy with the finished result. I would definitely use Door Giant again for future projects.
The initial order progression was good, and the price for the door products purchased competitive (compared to other suppliers). However, the received package, while arriving in good time, was one item short. My subsequent emails were acknowledged promptly but I have yet to receive the missing item, or follow up message, a week or so later.

Two of our doors are a deeper colour oak and the one was lighter on our first order, the second order are lighter so far but still 2 to be fitted. The colour difference will always show up the difference as bought for bedroom doors and can all be seen at once when the doors are closed. Drivers were super helpful on both deliveries.
