I have been trying to contact this company to organise a return. It's states you have to contact them before attempting a return, but then they dont respond and your return time is running out. Makes me wonder if this is purposely done. I work in marketing and I've seen the companies who have good customer services and the ones that dont. The ones that do excell Into wealthy well known companies and the ones who dont put effort into customer services eventually parish. I for one will never buy from this company again! I will not give up on this return either , I know all the routes to go down and legal action to take where consumer rights are concerned.
Looking for large internal door knobs, phoned and spoke to sales and told them my requirements I was recommended a certain door knob. I ordered them. I had to wait longer because they were out of stock. When the arrived on the 16/12/25 they were not suitable they were external door knobs you could.not turn them. I phoned on the 16/12/25 spoke to them explained the problem and asked for a return note. The woman was not happy I wanted to return them she said I had to send them back to the manufacturer she would contact them and contact me later that day. I heard nothing so I phoned again spoke to Adam who had attitude. He said I had to wait to hear. I heard nothing. I e mailed them, still heard nothing phoned again spoke to Adam and stated that I should be returning the door knobs to Door Giant not Era as he stayed as my contract was with Door Giant they are the company I ordered them from. He said I had to wait for Era to contact them and they in return would inform me. On the 17/12/25 I heard nothing. On the 18/12/25 I phoned 12 times it kept going to answer phone I left messages for them to return my call, my husband rang it went to answer phone he left a message. I rang Era to see if they could arrange anything and told them Door Giant insisted I returned the items to them. They stated they are business 2 business and do not deal with the public direct. I should return them to door giant because that is who I purchased them from. Phoned another 4 times, still never got through. Today 20/12 I have phoned 16 times each time going to answer machine which stayed they will return your call the same day..........like hell they will. I still have 11 door knobs at a cost of £157.20. I am absolutely disgusted at Door Giant, I have still heard nothing no phone call, no e mail and to add insult to injury they were the people who recommended these items. I clearly stated they were for internal doors and as such they should take responsibility and arrange a courier to collect them and refund my money. I will be taking this further.
We have ordered two kits for pocket doors, both delivered with DPD, sent by Atlantic UK even though the order was placed with Door Giant. Long story short, both packages were showing signs of damages - probably from transport or straight from the storage. Once we have opened the boxes, one kit was indeed heavily damaged inside the cardboard. Luckily, the builders have made their best and managed to repair the damages on spot and made the full installation without issues. We haven’t contacted Door Giant for this issue, as they would have asked for the items back in order to send new ones and we couldn’t afford to waste additional time as the builders where on site with limited time to finish the job. Would give zero stars if it was possible. Items delivered not as shown on wedsite. Delivery late. Delivery incomplete. Customer care none existent. Even though Door Giant at fault they informed me I had to pay for return postage when I informed the I wouldn’t be doing that they eventually sent me a link to follow to book a free return but the link didn’t work. At today’s date still not resolved.
Good value. Company had no problem with a rather unusual order. Good communication for delivery.

Door Giant sold me a pair of gloss black kitchen doors , the doors were flawless, very good quality, well packaged and delivered within the stated time frame. The price was almost half what some of their competitors were charging.
Handles didn’t show up and after trying to get in touch, had a brief email back but then the emails stopped 👍

Easy to purchase and delivered super fast But one of my doors the veneer was blistered in a few areas but only noticed when applying a wood stain to seal the door so stuck with a door now that has issues will check before staining next time

The door had been bashed and scraped most likely when being handled after manufacture - certainly before being packaged for dispatch. It needed repair and there wasn't the time option to get a replacement

I purchased 3 clear pine 4 panel doors and they are excellent. They come really well packaged to prevent damage and moisture ingress. These are genuine wooden doors. Many companies are advertising pine doors which have a core and pine laminates. I would recommend these doors.
Bought half glazed opaque doors which are not completely opaque so will need to stick something on. Didn’t have time to send them back. Not good.
