Two of our doors are a deeper colour oak and the one was lighter on our first order, the second order are lighter so far but still 2 to be fitted. The colour difference will always show up the difference as bought for bedroom doors and can all be seen at once when the doors are closed. Drivers were super helpful on both deliveries.

A really good quality letter box, a replacement for the original that appears to have been damaged by the additives used by the window cleaners. Arrived bang on time, fitted perfectly, sorted in minutes. Excellent

I put items in my basket online but the bank verification failed. Door giant emailed a link to pay, which also failed at bank.... (some issue in the bank app as its happened with 2 suppliers in 2 days) Door giant staff have been superb. I paid by BACS in the end, with Door giants reference number in the payment detail, i informed them i was oaying by BACS so they knew to check account and email arrived promptly confirming payment received. Door giant made What was an annoying stress on behalf of the bank, super easy and I can only praise their staff. The last order came very quickly, hence I give a very well deserved full marks for a service well received. The locks were all found to be working well. Where with Previous supplier we had to return locks that didnt operate.
Door Giant accepted our order and payment with no problems. The items arrived as described. However, we found more suitable items after a recommendation from our joiner and so proceeded with a return, which we had to cover the cost of (not a problem). Door Giant have zero control over the return and refund process, they are at the mercy and timeframes of their 3rd party suppliers, of which they admitted to having no knowledge of how long this process takes. They continued to refuse the refund, even when presented with evidence that the return had been delivered. Only when I advised that they had breached their own refund policy (14 days), did they take action. A very poor and amateur business.

I bought 3 doors, 1 was a different size to the pair, everything came as expected. The process of ordering and sizing was easy and quick. The delivery date and time was adhered to, excellent! Polite delivery chaps, put my delivery just where I wanted it. The doors are beautiful, we have a pair of doors which slide like barn doors, side to side and also going out of the same room we have a normal opening door. Couldn't ask for more, oak doors, I oiled them, they look so sophisticated. Thank you Doorgiant, we'll be back after decorating the next room!
