Door Giant was easy to locate online with lots of choice on the various doors on offer. Delivery was on schedule although the delivery charge which was not obvious until ordering increase the cost. by a considerable amount
Great customer service by phone great product , only negative delivery was put back a bit , but previous have actually been brought forward so we will continue to buy from door giant , we are a trade customer expecting to buy one door per month to suit our production and fully recommend them.
The product and ease of ordering is actually 5*, however, once ordered there was zero communication regarding date of delivery. We were given about a 10 day window and every day I checked for an update but none came. It was by sheer luck that we were at the property and our builders were on site when the lorry turned up. (we live out of the county) If you live in narrow street, the lorry will not reach your house. Our builders had to take their flat bed van up to the lorry and have the canopy transferred in order to get it to the property! You are charged for delivery again if you are not at the address, it would really help if the company gave you the date of delivery in the first place.
The doors were delivered on time and I got notification along the way of the progress, they were well wrapped, will buy from them again!!

My order got lost.Doorginat would not deliver to my address, because obviously I live in the moon! I don’t. I live in Scotland! . I had the product delivered to an address in England where I knew I would be for a few days. The delivery company messed up the delivery! This meant I didn’t receive it when in England. When it finally arrived I had to have it posted to me in Scotland! Never again will I buy anything from this company.

When we first ordered the canopy in may 2024 we were initially told it would dispatched within 12-14 days, when it didnt arrive we phoned door giant it took 3 days for them to return our call, we were told it arrive in july 2024 which was not really acceptable, when it arrived it was fully constructed and the top tiles were screwed on in the wrong place, which i now need to put flashing wider than i wanted to cover up the screw holes, i was looking forward to my canopy and have been left at bit deflatted by the whole experience.
