When we first ordered the canopy in may 2024 we were initially told it would dispatched within 12-14 days, when it didnt arrive we phoned door giant it took 3 days for them to return our call, we were told it arrive in july 2024 which was not really acceptable, when it arrived it was fully constructed and the top tiles were screwed on in the wrong place, which i now need to put flashing wider than i wanted to cover up the screw holes, i was looking forward to my canopy and have been left at bit deflatted by the whole experience.

Cowboy company. AVOID!! Delivered doors damaged and refused to replace due to time frame. Doors damaged in same place, clearly a storage or transit issue their end but refuse to take responsibility and left me out of pocket. Staff unhelpful and not interested in trying to help at all, communication poor from start to finish. DO NOT USE!!!

I bought a door from this company, had to wait a few weeks for my builder to unbox it and fit it only to find there is no key! I paid 600 for an unusable door, when I reported this they asked ME to pay for the missing part! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
