I ordered a door from them and paid £35 for the delivery fee. I realised that I had ordered the wrong size and wanted to return it. They said it would be a £72 collection fee. This means I had to pay £107 just for somebody to drive vans to my property. Why is the collection fee almost double the delivery when it is the same thing? I explained to them that as I am paying an extortionate collection fee, they had better send two people to carry it from my top floor flat, because I was not offered any assistance when the door was delivered in the first place, and now I am paying double just to return it. They only sent one person meaning I had to struggle to carry it down with the driver. It is an absolute disgrace and I would avoid at all costs. I told the carpenter I hired about this and he said he would make it known to other people in his profession. I will also be reporting them to Trading Standards.
Excellent service, changed colour of door for decor after order. No problem,after phoning to say I wanted oak instead of white. They changed order and sent the oak door. Excellent quality, lovely finish. Very pleased. I would recommend this high quality door.
Ordered 2 sunset doors back in January it said when I ordered these doors it would be a 10 week waiting time 10 weeks has went past and still no doors they have told me they have a delay in the doors and the doors aren’t coming to the end of may
Ordered 4 doors from the site, received confirmation of our order, instructions of delivery & nothing further. Still waiting for a dispatch email & idea of when we can look to receive our items. We are 4 working days since ordering & still nothing, called & emailed, with no response. (order date:n06/04/24)
Doors themselves are lovely, most reasonable price I found for these particular doors. The only reason I’ve given 2 stars is because I watched the delivery driver drop them out of the back of the van onto one corner, the first 2 we opened and checked seemed okay so didn’t say any more. A few weeks later having the rest fit, one door is damaged on the corner but it’s too late to return it. Not good enough really, the doors have “fragile” tape on them but the delivery drivers clearly don’t care or pay attention to this.

Excellent service and good value
Quality external door at a good comparable price. A delay in taking delivery as the door was ordered a little before Christmas and Door Giant was waiting on its supplier. Service could have been improved by keeping the customer informed of expected / actual delivery date rather than the customer contacting Door Giant for progress.
