Door Giant sold me a pair of gloss black kitchen doors , the doors were flawless, very good quality, well packaged and delivered within the stated time frame. The price was almost half what some of their competitors were charging.
Handles didn’t show up and after trying to get in touch, had a brief email back but then the emails stopped 👍

Easy to purchase and delivered super fast But one of my doors the veneer was blistered in a few areas but only noticed when applying a wood stain to seal the door so stuck with a door now that has issues will check before staining next time

The door had been bashed and scraped most likely when being handled after manufacture - certainly before being packaged for dispatch. It needed repair and there wasn't the time option to get a replacement

I purchased 3 clear pine 4 panel doors and they are excellent. They come really well packaged to prevent damage and moisture ingress. These are genuine wooden doors. Many companies are advertising pine doors which have a core and pine laminates. I would recommend these doors.
Bought half glazed opaque doors which are not completely opaque so will need to stick something on. Didn’t have time to send them back. Not good.
Very good door made of actual wood not cardboard. Door was well made and a good price. Very well packaged. One point though - There is a T&C that states you have to check the door before signing for it or they won't accept warranty claims. Couriers don't do allow this, they just leave the door on the driveway. I didn't have any issues with the door, but I wonder what would happen if there was a problem
I ordered gallows brackets from door giant and it stated in the description that they were a pre finished composite product. When they arrive I was very disappointed with the quality of the finish they were supposed to be anthracite in colour but you could see white bits within the colour, needless to say my customer was not happy, I've since had to take themto a paint shop to have them painted professionally costing an additional £100. These in my opinion are not a quality product and I will not be purchasing any in the future.
Straightforward purchasing of doors for our outside coal shed. Doors took well to trimming down, sealing and hanging. No complaints at all and they look great. Delivery driver was a really nice guy too.
The website was easily navigable and I soon found the doors I needed. The reviews were very good and I decided to place an order which was a very easy process. Communication was excellent and I was told the doors would be dispatched directly from the manufacturer. Doors arrived, although delivery had to be reprocessed because the delivery vehicle couldn’t gain access. Doors are perfect and have been hung in place. Very pleased. Highly recommended.
Easy to order, product looks like it does in the picture and delivery is arranged very quickly. Delivery guy was really helpful, the door was very heavy ( good quality) and he carried it in for us.

Arrived quickly and on time. Good quality doors. However there were minor damages where the outer cardboard had been torn by something sharp and a few dents were present. I only had my builder for a limited time so I didn’t think it was worth the hassle to return them.
