Doors were diverted on time without damage. It would have been better if the doors had 15mm top and bottom for adjustment.
Very happy with the LPD Oak Mexicano Pattern 10 Glazed Pre-Finished FD30 Fire Doors. They not only provide the FD30 protection but they also lock fantastic. Easy to order, great communication with the office along with all the technical information on fire rating tests required for building control. Delivery was on time and the doors were well packaged and handled with care by friendly delivery team. Very happy with the quality of the product and they look great installed. I will be using DoorGiant again when I need other doors.
Delivered on time undamaged as per the order. Some slight markings on face that had to be rubbed down and painted over...no big issue as wasn't expecting perfect door.
Door was damaged when delivered , slow to respond subsequently be 5weeks delivery time

Apart from them having just the size of doors I required, communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed of the eta of the delivery that arrived on time. I have further doors to replace in the future and will be using them again. Overall would recommend this company.

Original front door supplied via Door Giant proved to be faulty a couple of years after installation. Door was replaced without any fuss free of charge.
